Tracklisting below is from Volume 3 of the Decktician Logs. Many thanks to Decktician, Ken Garner for copying and additional information, and Rocker for acting as central HQ. The PasB of the show is missing, so it has not been possible to check show details against the BBC documentation. In The Peel Sessions (p214), Ken lists only the Back Door session, with unknown repeats, although the Oseni and Mono Mono sessions are both under the respective artist as first broadcasts – which would give three new sessions broadcast in the show, something unusual in this period. Oseni were a six-piece African group.
Oseni #1 First broadcast of only session. Recording date unknown.
’In Praise Of Sunny Ade’ is listed by both Ken in The Peel Sessions and the BBC Peel site as ‘In Praise of Sonny Ade’. The artist responsible for the track played after it here by Peel suggests this is not correct.
No known commercial release.
Back Door #3 First broadcast. Recorded 1973-06-26.
’Catcote Rag’ spelt ‘Cat Cote Rag’ by Ken in The Peel Sessions but not on official releases.
No known commercial release.
MonoMono #1 First broadcast of only session. Recording date unknown.
