• Thirty-one minutes only of a three-hour show. The time of transmission is confused by the fact that JP announces the 11.30 news at 0:07:16, thereby making the period covered by the tape 11.23-11.54 p.m. After the news, he announces the last session tracks by both artists, thereby indicating the oncoming end of the programme. Yet The Peel Sessions states that at that time the show was running from 11 p.m.-2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday, and there does not appear to be an edit on the tape. It may therefore be assumed that this particular programme had been put back to an earlier start time for some reason.
