- Comments
- Still playing Hendrix and Little Feat.
- Los Jaivas, who Peel says were from Argentina, were in fact originally from Chile, although the band was living in Argentina when they recorded their 1977 LP "Canción del Sur". JP refuses to attempt to pronounce the name of the track played En La Cumbre De Un Cerro
- Peel remarks that he doesn't "fully understand" or appreciate the work of Kraftwerk. His opinion evidently changes in later years.
- Session artist Frankie Miller was a particular favourite of Peel, who had previously predicted great things for him, as is evidenced by the 1977 end of year show, when JP plays the same track twice in the space of fifteen minutes.
- Incomplete show. First ten minutes or so are missing.
