- Name
- Station
- YYYY-MM-DD
- 1974-01-17
- Comments
- Peel links mostly edited out, and Queen entirely so, from Files 1 & 2
- Two tracks from Richard & Linda Thompson's I Want To See The Bright Lights Tonight, according to Wikipedia recorded in May 1973 but not issued by Island Records until April 1974, "largely because of the petrol shortage in Britain and its impact on the availability of vinyl for records"[1]. Peel had an advance copy of the LP, which he refers to as "Hokey Pokey", not actually used on an album title until 1975. At this stage the release date for the LP was 22nd February 1974.
Sessions
