  • Cover versions include David Bowie's sesson version of the Velvet Underground's "Waiting For The Man", the Youngbloods's rendition of Otis Redding's "That's How Strong My Love Is", and Van Der Graaf Generator's single of "Theme 1", written by George Martin in 1967 as an opening and closing theme for the new Radio 1.
  • Peel follows Ry Cooder's cover of Jesse Stone's "Money Honey" with the version recorded by Elvis Presley in 1956 for his debut LP.
