The Blizzard Boys were a Canadian hardcore/freeform dance duo from Winnipeg, consisting of Dan Hood (DJ Phosphor) and Rich Garbutt (Justrich), who released several hard dance singles between 2003 and 2004, some under various names. The duo also released their own solo material under their DJ names mostly on their own label called the Blizzard Tracks.
Links to Peel[]
Peel started playing their material in 2003 when they were releasing their singles. He recommended their Rebel Mind single under the McKenzie Brothers name for April 2003 (Peel's Record Box) and the Losing It single under the Blizzard Boys signature as one of his recommended records for June 2003 (Peel's Record Box) and got them to do a session mix for his show, which was broadcast in July 2003.
