The Cuban Heels was a Scottish New Wave band formed in Greenock, Scotland in 1977 by Laurie Cuffe, Paul Armour and Dave Duncan. John Milarky of Johnny And The Self Abusers joined in October 1977 as lead singer, when that band split. Many of the members of that band later formed Simple Minds. The Cuban Heels seemed to have split after their debut album ('Work Our Way To Heaven') in 1981.
