Deluxx was an American indie rock/lo-fi project initially of Bob Fay from Sebadoh on drums and Mark Perretta on guitar and vocals. Anne Slinn later joined the band for some singles via playing bass. She also worked with Bob Fay under the name of Unconvinced. When Bob Fay collaborated with Folk Implosion, the name became Deluxx Folk Implosion.
Links to Peel[]
Peel played tracks from Deluxx and Unconvinced on his shows, along with groups like Folk Implosion and Sebadoh that Bob Fay was involved in. When Bob Fay, Mark Perretta and Anne Slinn worked together for a Peel session in 1995, they became the name Deluxx Unconvinced. This was the only time the name was used.
