Dino Lee

Dino Lee is an American musician, singer and bandleader from Austin, Texas, who also appears as Robert Dino Lee Bird, or Dino Lee Bird. He has appeared in groups such as Dino Lee & His Illage People, Dino Lee's Luv Johnson and the Whirlybirds.

Peel seed to have first discovered the singer in 1985 and would often play his music on his shows, especially his cover of the Elvis Costello hit 'Good Year For The Roses' (originally recorded by George Jones).
