Mazey Fade were a three piece noise rock band from Liverpool consisting of Chris Lee (guitar, vocals), Tony Lee (keyboards, vocals) and Terry Green (drums). The band were formed in 1992, but disbanded in 1995 leaving only two albums and three singles, mostly on the Domino label.
Links to Peel[]
The band did three sessions for Peel's show between 1993 and 1995. Peel apparently nominated their album for a Mercury Music prize in 1993. [1] John Robb, founder member of the Membranes, who Peel used to play on his shows, produced the band's debut album, Secret Watchers Built The World in 1994.
