I don't recall it, although I don't deny it. I think it may had to with the Decktician Reels from Tim's Tapes, where I was trying to identify dates of the tracks. I probably added it when I thought it was that date and then realised it wasn't and then probably forgot to delete it when I found the right dates for the songs.
I meant the Steve Lowman tapes that Roger uploaded, split the updating pages like we did with Tim's Dectician ones? I've started L333, so if you fancy doing the even ones? Unless someone else comes in to help!
I've uploaded the file on the Mooo server. I don't know how long it would take for it to appear on the Upload folder of files, but I've added the link to it on the 07 March 1971 page. I've also added it on to a Mediafire link on the page just in case it doesn't appear after a long time.
I've upped the 2001 show. There are a lot which are not currently available online due to dead torrents. BTW that Edgar Broughton show is just the digital release, not an off-air recording so I've changed the wiki page to show it as unavailable, other than as the digital version.
Thanks for the October 2001 reupload. Yes it was Martinja's Edgar Broughton upload. When I first heard of it, I presumed because of Peel's voice it came from a radio, but when listening to it more, I released somebody remastered it because the sound quality was very good and yes you're right it turned out to be from a digital release.
I see you've started working backwards from the last show, I wonder where we will meet! Anyway I spent some time collating the tracklistings into a text file and using a global search/replace (many of) to get them more into a wiki format. It still needs a little editing for each show but will hopefully save some time.
Great job Stuart. Somebody I notice has done the 18 December 2003 (Radio Eins) wiki, but it had an interview. I added the tracklisting on that page for Peel's show and mentioned that the audio contains the interview only. I think Peel's show came immediately after the interview.
Hi, I have taken the liberty of transplanting the extra information you provided about the Fast Show to the page I created for it some time ago, as it seemed more relevant there than on the Higsons page (where their connection is already mentioned). Hope this is OK.
I reverted the Tyree track at the start of LE028 to Acid Over, Shazam and the timing agree, and it's not the same track as later in that tape which is T.J.G.P. . It begs the question, which show did it come from, as you've managed to fully tracklist every show up to mid Feb so it must be a random track from 20th or 22nd Feb.
Actually you are right. It's either from a different show or a possibility that Peel mentioned the wrong title. I didn't shazam it at that time, when listening to it at the British Library because I was just relying on what Peel said.
