Links To Peel[]
On his radio shows, Peel played releases on the celebrated Moving Shadow label from 1990 ('Chinese Lollipops' by ‘O' Project) to 2004 ('The Calling’ by Technical Itch Vs. Kemal), peaking during the Drum And Bass boom years in the second half of the 1990s. In 2002, his monthly Peel's Record Box selections for the BBC website twice featured Moving Shadow releases.
Later excavations of the DJ’s Record Collection – for The Collection (Peel Acres - LCY) and Record Boxes: Mala – showed that he kept early 12” releases on the label dating back to the early 1990s.
