
The Mute Drivers wherein English indie rock band consisting of David Rogers and Steve Wright. The duo were one-time delivery drivers for the Mute label, thus the name. They were a minimal post-punk duo who toured heavily throughout Europe and were active between 1987 - 1990, as well as supporting Fad Gadget live in 1988 as his backing band.
