Les Paul Morrison, vocalist and bass player of the Offspring
Offspring was an alternative Welsh band from the early 80's, consisting of Les Paul Morrison (Bass, Vocals), Alan Williams (Guitar), Sean Jones (Guitar) and Hefyn Hughes (Drums, Vocals). The group were part of the Bethesda scene and were one of the few from there that sang exclusively in the English language.
Links To Peel[]
Peel had initially chosen their single Get It Right from 'a pile of records' he had been listening to over the previous weekend. He chose to play it on 01 March since it was St David's Day and he had learnt that the band came from Llanberis, which he said he knew very well. The band did their only session for Peel's show in the spring of 1983.
