- A collection of twenty-four separate tracks compiled by Peel Mailing List user parkermike81 celebrating a feature of John's shows that is the stuff of legend: a variety of errors made in the course of his normal programming. JP was famed for his Wrong Speed Moments, but this compilation proves that other things could and did go wrong in the Radio 1 studio. To avoid repetition, the following key lists the mistakes made (sometimes a combination of them).
- † Track refuses to start.
- ‡ Wrong track played.
- ♫ Track played at wrong speed.
- ∞ Track sticks.
- ‼ Sound quality-related problem.
- @ JP temporarily loses record.
- ± Track stops completely mid-flight.
