Salt Tank are two English electronic music record producers, David Gates and Malcolm Stanners. They also had one time, percussionist and vocalist Andy Rose, who later died of cancer in 2012. The group first started releasing their material in the early 90's and would continue releasing singles with their debut album released in 1994. They enjoyed a brief flirtation with the UK Singles Chart in May 1996 when their track "Eugina" peaked at No. 40.
