Links to Peel[]

X was one of the bands Peel championed during the rise of punk, in the late 70s/early 80s. John didn't follow all of their career, but he featured their music extensively while they were in their prime.

Three LPs by X ("Wild Gift", "Under The Big Black Sun" and "More Fun In the New World") were posthumously found in his record collection.
